Vitalize is excited to announce the start of our running club! An opportunity to run as a community and learn from an expert.
Join us every second Saturday and fourth Wednesday of the month for a run with our very own Doctor of Chiropractic medicine Madelynn Vislocky! Whether you are just starting to run or looking for support in your fitness practice this is a fantastic opportunity to use the knowledge of an experienced medical provider.
Dr. Vislocky with be leading two runs, a Leif Erickson trail run for the experienced runner looking to improve their stride, and a downtown waterfront run for the newer runner hoping to gain some skill and prevent injury. Both runs will include a warm-up stretch, light circuit training, and a cool down. There will be an opportunity throughout the run to ask questions, receive individual support and improve form with Dr. Vislocky's help.
Join us on Saturday, March 10th at 9:00am for our first intermediate run at Leif Erickson trail.
New runners we would love to see you Wednesday, March 28th at 12:00 pm for a lunch run and meet and greet. Please Meet Dr. Vislocky on the SE side of the waterfront by the fire station between the Hawthorne and Morrison Bridge
Please plan to come prepared with exercise clothes, proper footwear and get ready to get sweaty!
