I was taught that the focus of Thai massage is “freeing pathways of movement in the body.” This mantra inspires and informs each of my bodywork sessions, incorporating a variety of modalities and tools for freeing the physical, as well as mental, energetic, and emotional blockages and creating space for my clients to move though their lives with greater ease.

After teaching dance, yoga, and creative meditation for 10+ years and working as a holistic - nutrition focused aesthetician for 5 years, I made the decision to deepen my offerings as a body-centered practitioner and become a licensed massage therapist. I studied at the East West College of Healing Arts - graduating in 2016 with a focus on structural bodywork, kinesiology, and Thai massage. I approach each bodywork session as a healer as well as teacher, supporting my clients in creating a roadmap towards their personal wellness and mobility goals. My massages incorporate techniques from deep tissue and structural bodywork, Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage, Gua-Sha, cupping, and Thai massage.

As a dance teacher and certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, I believe that movement is a vital part of decreasing pain and increasing function of our physical and mental being. I often encourage and work with my clients to find their personal movement practice - with a focus on function, mobility, and fun!

Chi Nei Tsang abdominal massage is a form of physical and energetic internal organ massage with roots in Chinese and Thai medicine. The translation of Chi Nei Tsang is "internal organs chi transformation." Chi Nei Tsang uses gentle massage, acupressure, and sound healing techniques to support organ function, free stagnation, support circulation, and mobilize the fascial connections between organs. Chi Nei Tsang supports the physical, emotional, and energetic bodies through gentle manipulations which focus primarily around the abdomen, pelvis, and thorax. Our organs are responsible for digestion and assimilation of not only food, toxins, and hormones, but also emotions and experiences. Chi Nei Tsang is a holistic treatment which supports both systemic organ health and emotional wellbeing.
