We have recently expanded our massage offerings. Meet Marisa Farr LMT. We have now have two therapists at Vitalize and have appointments available on both Saturdays and Sundays. Massage options include; deep tissue, therapeutic, cranial sacral, pin and stretch, lymphatic drainage, cupping, and scraping are all available.
Both providers are in network with all major insurance companies and Vitalize can bill for most all, including car insurance as a result of an accident, Kaiser, Moda, BCBS, health net, ash, united healthcare, Providence, etc. We would be happy to check your benefits. Initiate this by emailing us a picture of your insurance card, date of birth and address. If you would prefer you can book online and bring these items in at the time of your visit.
