A NEW SYSTEM FOR A NEW YEAR

The new year so often comes with a focus on growth, improvement, and making changes for a better quality of life. I suppose it’s no different for us here at Vitalze. You may have heard that we’re making some system changes here at Vitalize.

Perhaps at it’s face this doesn’t sound terribly exciting (and we can likely think of plenty of more exciting things) but we are eager to usher in this new phase that will automate some of our more manual processes for you, provide a patient portal that allows you to update your information, have secure messaging with your practitioner(s), and view your scheduled appointments. Our hope in a change like this is that much of what we change will be behind the scenes but you’ll notice perhaps some subtle changes with our automated communications, more efficient billing and invoicing, and a new portal for you to engage with us when you’re not in the clinic.

While ideally this would all happen and you’d be none-the-wiser, we do need your help making sure we have the most accurate information for you. We have sent an email (and will send a couple more reminders) out to our patients asking them to setup their patient portals with the most up-to-date information for them. If you have not yet done this, we would so appreciate your effort. And if you haven’t received our email, please reach out to us so that we can get you started. To growth and health in the new year!
