With this rare opportunity of abundant free time and all of us bursting at the seems to have a reason to get out of the house, many have taken to the roads for freedom with one of my passions, running! Running is an amazing sport for many reasons, but one of the best is its accessibility to the general public without a need for expensive equipment, a team, or a designated space.
