COVID protocols at Vitalize

We are currently open and serving patients with Acupuncture, Chiropractic Care, Massage, and Energy Medicine.

We have heard from many of you that you are struggling. Everything from sciatica and low back pain to depression, anxiety, sleeplessness, digestive upset, riding an emotional rollercoaster, allergies, body pain, injuries and more. And let’s not forget that many of you are still trying to start your families. All of this continues regardless of the pause on life.

We recognize that there are risks to your safety because some of these conditions can become unmanageable. If you are struggling and need to be seen, please feel free to book an appointment online or call us and we can help you set up a set of appointments.

In addition to following the Governors’s regulations for phase one of Multnomah county’s, here is a list of things we are doing;

COVID SAFETY STEPS AT VITALIZE

At the clinic we are doing the following for safety:

All staff, patients and providers are wearing masks

Propping doors to minimize contact

Using hands free payment options

Temperature checks for all individuals as they arrive to the clinic

Taking patients directly to a treatment room for any waiting period and no longer waiting in the lobby

Eliminating any paper you would usually touch or share

Eliminated all shared linens

Adding HEPA air purifiers to every room

Providers will be wearing lab coats, scrubs, and clinic shoes, these items are laundered nightly at remain at the clinic

Providers and staff are wearing masks at all times

Using Saniwipes to wipe down all surfaces in the room between every patient

Using Saniwipes to wipe down the common areas after the arrival and departure of every individual

Laundering on the sanitize wash setting and using sanitizing wash solution

Minimizing the use of linens, pillows and other fabric

We have decreased the number of patients and staff at the office at any given time

Office signage has been posted reminding us all of new safety protocols

Also, we are monitoring the daily updates and changes in regulations and recommendations for our area

Of course, lots of hand washing, as usual

After appointments:

Mailing herb and supplement refills to your home as requested

Please pay attention to the email inbox for the account we have on file for you, we send our invoices for any outstanding balances via square to your email inbox. Please attend to any outstanding invoices as soon as you are able
